We had an amazing experience with Air Flight Charters. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely appreciated as clients. The aircraft was in excellent condition, and we felt completely safe and comfortable during the entire flight. Several members of our group visited Eleuthera for the first time and were so impressed that they’re already planning to return, and they all want to do it again with Air Flight Charters and our fantastic pilot, Sam. Thank you so much for all you did for our family..getting us to long island bahamas safely and picking us up to get us home even when the bahamian airports were shut down..we had to re do our plans many times over so we could connect to our connecting flight from fort lauderdale back to michigan which was cancelled 5 times..you kept in daily contact with us and told us that you could secure the proper permits and get us whenever we felt we needed to come home..unbelievable customer service in a day when businesses could care less about that..the owner chris is a professional and he has 2 awesome assistants sandra and dayanna who answered our calls anytime as we obviously were anxious about what was going on.. our pilot jorge was awesome and our flights were smooth and comfortable..once again these people are true professionals… thanks again …The Trainor Family
The experience of a lifetime… having always had to rely on commercial flights to get where I need to go on business trips, flying private for the first time was en eye opener. I saved so much time not having to deal with long migration line or waiting for luggage. It was literally a door to door service that is awesome… this is better in so many ways that flying commercial first class, and I will definitely fly with Air Flight Charters again when going to the Bahamas or anywhere in South Florida. I was met by friendly staff at the airport when I arrived, Heather took excellent care of all the TSA issues while I got to grab some food and rest. In the air, the pilots, Guy and Dean, were the personification of courtesy and professionalism… although they warned me about the wind gusts and that there would be some turbulence, the flights, both to and back from the Bahamas was a smooth ride, skillfully executed. Upon arrival back in the US, I was greeted by Rosie who took excellent care of everything upon arrival and guided me through the checkout process without a hitch. I saved so much time traveling this way, and I would highly recommend that anyone who value their time to consider Air Flight Charters as their chosen private carrier to get where you need to go in style.
